yellow potato salad

6 medium sized potatoes (preferably Idaho brand)
6 eggs
1 medium onion
1/2 green pepper
1/2 c pickle relish
1/2 c Spin Blend or Miracle Whip dressing
2 T mustard
1/4 c sugar
1 t salt
1 t black pepper

Bring potatoes and eggs to boil until done.
Set them in cold water to cool.
Chop onion and green pepper.
Peel potatoes and eggs, and rinse.
Cut potatoes into small bite-sized pieces.
Save the yolks from three eggs. 
Chop remainder of eggs into pieces. 
Mash the three egg yolks and add the dressing,
mustard, sugar, salt and pepper.
Blend until mostly smooth in texture. 
Put all ingredients into large bowl and mix together. 
Some of the best tasting homemade potato salad you could ever want.
