1 medium cabbage, shredded 
1 large carrot, shredded 
1 medium green pepper, julienned 
1 medium red pepper, julienned 
1 medium onion, finely chopped 
1/3 cup green onion, sliced 
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried parsley) 

Dressing Ingredients:

1/4 cup buttermilk 
1/4 cup milk 
1/2 cup mayonnaise 
1/3 cup sugar 
2 tablespoons lemon juice 
1 tablespoon vinegar 
1/2 teaspoon salt 
1/2 teaspoon celery seed 
1/4 teaspoon celery salt 
dash pepper 

Blend dressing ingredients with a wire whisk, 
or in a blender until smooth. Place all the vegetables
in a large bowl and toss with dressing. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Makes 12-16 servings
