jalapeno cornbread mix

1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1 1/4 cups milk
1 tab Louisiana Hot Sauce
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tb. baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tb. minced jalapeno pepper
1 tb minced red bell pepper
1 tab. minced green onion, green part only.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and
grease corn stick pans.
Mix together the oil, egg, milk; 
and hot sauce in a large mixing bowl. 
Stir in the other ingredients in the order listed. 
Do not over mix. 
Spoon into corn stick pans. 
Bake until golden, about 12-15 min © 2001-2007
