peanut soup (2)

3 c. chicken broth
1 c. peanut butter
1/8 teaspoon celery salt
1/8 teaspoon onion salt
1/8 teaspoon sugar
1 1/3 c. cream or 
1 13 ounce can evaporated milk
chopped peanuts

Heat chicken broth to boiling, add peanut butter, stirring 
until smooth. Season to taste with celery and onion salt. Add sugar. 
Stir in cream or evaporated milk. Heat but do not boil. 
Top with chopped peanuts. 

Serves 6
