turkey soup

Break up the carcass of a baked turkey, put into a pot with water 
enough to cover it, cook slowly for 1 hour, then strain out the 
bones, and add 1 pint of milk, 2 tablespoons of butter, a little 
onion and celery. Let all boil up and serve hot with toast. 
Add a little rice and celery. Salt and pepper to taste
