hot potato salad

5 lbs. potatoes
Small block Velveeta cheese
1 lb. Bacon
1 cup mayo
2 T milk
garlic powder

Cook potatoes. Peel and refrigerate. 
Slice potatoes and mix with mayo and milk. 
Place I roasting pan. Add cubed cheese,
crumbled bacon and garlic powder if desired.

Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
