1 Lb. ground beef
1 cup chopped onions
2 Tablespoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups canned tomato sauce
1/2 cup water

In a large skillet, cook the beef and onions until 
cooked through. Drain off all excess fat. Add chili powder,
salt and pepper to the meat,stir until spices are absorbed. 
Add tomato sauce and water.
Bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer 15 minutes or until 
chili thickens. Use to serve on burgers 
or hotdogs, as sloppy joes, or as chili.
