sour cream potato salad

4 c. diced cooked potatoes
1/2 c. diced cucumbers
1 teaspoon minced onion
3/4 teaspoon celery seed
1 1/2 salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 hard boiled eggs

Toss potatoes, cucumbers, onion, celery seed, salt and 
peppr together. Add the diced whites of the hard boiled 
eggs. Mash the 3 yolks of the eggs and combine with 

1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard

Add dressing to potato mixture  and toss lightly. Allow to 
stand in icebox for 15 minutes before serving on lettuce. If 
there is any left over its better the second day.
