hot bread

2 package active dry yeast
1/4 c warm water
4 large eggs
1 c warmed milk
8 tbsp butter, melted
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
4 c sifted all purpose flour

Dissolve the yeast in the warm water and let 
stand until creamy, about 5 minutes. 
Beat the eggs in a large bowl until light in color. 
Add the milk, butter, sugar, salt and yeast. Stir in 
the flour and beat until smooth and elastic in a 
standing mixer fitted with a dough hook. Let rise 
in the bowl, covered in a towel, until doubled in 
size, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Beat well and pour 
into a greased angel food cake pan. Cover with a 
towel and allow to rise 1 1/4 hours. 

Preheat the oven to 350f and bake for 40 minutes. 
Serve hot.
